Small Words, Big Stories.

My best friend and fellow therapist and loss mama, Rachael, wrote a beautiful poem about her miscarriage. This poem prompted an idea. Oftentimes there is a desire to read about experiences others are having, but the energy to dive deep into a blog post or book, isn’t always there.

Small Words, Big Stories  is a growing community of personal stories told through small writings, poems, and quotes. We are interested ALL THINGS mental health related.

We are looking for original content that has not been published elsewhere, and is no larger than 50 words in length. Everyone has a story to tell, and we want to hear yours!

Submissions are being posted on our site and Instagram accounts @Smallwords_Bigstories, @TGNtherapy, and @Mama_RCPS.

Send your submissions to Tracy@TGNtherapy.com, or complete the form below! And while you’re here, be sure to check out Rachael’s impactful blog post on postpartum depression and anxiety.
